About Slowly Stronger

Welcome to my website! I’m Evan Clark, and I’m passionate about strength and conditioning. A decade ago, I discovered strength training and fell in love with it, having previously been an avid runner and boxer. Since then, I’ve been training on and off, overcoming a few injuries along the way. Now, I’m passionate about providing people with as much strength and fitness content as I can, all for free, with the aim of helping people improve their lives!

The Vision

I believe that anyone can become strong and healthy, and there are many different approaches to achieving this. My vision is to help everyone, no matter their starting point or equipment levels, get as strong and fit as possible. My aim is to provide you with sample programs to suit all your needs, along with informtion to help you write a strength-training program that works for you, in the style you want. In addition to providing guidance on strength training, I want to ensure people get value for money when purchasing fitness-related products. That’s why I offer honest reviews of as many items as possible, so you can make informed decisions about what to buy.
